Facilities Maintenance
Joe McCarley is the supervisor of Facilities Maintenance.
Maintenance provides these services: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, carpet repair, equipment repair.
To request routine maintenance, and to report utility service interruptions, send a campus email message to the FACILITIES collective address. These messages are checked frequently throughout the day by all of the Facilities Supervisors. If you do not have access to email, please call Joe McCarley's extension, 1365. If he is unable to answer your call, voice mail will record your request, which will then be processed and assigned to the appropriate Facilities Associate during the normal working hours of 7:30 pm to 4:00 pm.
Normal working hours: For maintenance emergencies only (power outage or water/gas line break) please call Joe McCarley at cell phone number, 760-2269.
Evenings and weekends: For routine and emergency maintenance/repair services, call ext. 4099.
