Doug Roesser

Mr. Roesser has been an adjunct instructor at Monterey Peninsula College since 2005. He teaches the Investments class, where he helps students learn the basics of how the markets work, how to analyze securities, and how to make better investment decisions.

He is a former student of MPC, where he took undergraduate business classes in preparation for re-entry into the academic environment.  “…It had been 15 years since my undergraduate classes, and I wondered if I was still able to meet the challenges of the academic world.   MPC prepared me for continuing success at Golden Gate University….”

Douglas also provides educational workshops conducted in the community.  And he is an active member, and past board member, of the Monterey Bay chapter of the Financial Planning Association

In the past, Douglas has enjoyed success in both private & public sectors in the fields of technology & management; the last challenge in that career was for the Navy Research facility here in Monterey.
