Just as a reminder…Section 125 is a voluntary program that offers:
· Help with Out-Of-Pocket Medical Expenses– by providing cash benefits that offset deductibles, co-payments and/or prescriptions. Flexible Spending Account maximum is $3,600.00.
· Help with Dependent Care- by providing reimbursement for qualified dependent care which may not exceed $5,000.00 per family.
There will be a $3.00 monthly fee if you participate in the program. You must re-enroll into the Section 125 plan every year. The plan does not roll over from year to year. Aflac also offers other option plans to help with dental, hospital protection, life, accident, cancer and personal disability income protection.
