  MPC Self-Service Password Reset Now Available! 

This service is currently available only from campus computers.

Register from a campus computer:

• Log on to a campus Windows computer with your MPC network account.
• You will be presented with a Welcome screen that prompts you to register for self-service password reset.
• Click next.
• Enter your username and password.
• Answer the 3 questions.
• Click next 
• Click finish to complete the process.

Reset a forgotten password

1. On any campus Windows computer click "Reset Password" on the logon screen.
• You will be required to correctly answer 2 of the 3 questions that were presented to you during the registration process.
• You will then be given the opportunity to reset your network password.
  
2. From a campus Windows computer go to https://account.mpc.edu/PasswordPortal.
• Enter your username and follow the directions. 
• You will be required to correctly answer 2 of the 3 questions that were presented to you during the registration process.
• You will then be given the opportunity to reset your network password.
