About the MPC Theatre Arts Department and MPC Theatre Company
The performing arts have always been an integral part of life on the Monterey Peninsula, and for over 50 years the MPC Theatre Company has lead the way, making live Theatre a major part of our communities cultural landscape. Some of our past students have gone on to start their own local theatre companies, both amateur and Professional. In addition, MPC Outreach Programs provide funding & support for many local performing arts organizations, including Junior High & High School Drama Departments, Community Theatre groups, Children’s Theatres, Musical Groups, and Dance Companies.
