About the Humanities Division
The Humanities Division offers transferable lower-division instruction in the following subjects: English, English as a Second Language, Humanities, Philosophy, Speech Communication, and World Languages (including Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Spanish, and Russian). The division also features three learning centers: the English and Study Skills Center, the English as a Second Language Center, and the Reading Center.
