COMMUNICATIONS
The Communications Department courses offer students an opportunity to explore the role that mass media play in our lives by examining media history and strategies. Special emphasis is placed on the socioeconomic impacts of the various media.
COMM 5 MASS MEDIA METHODS
3 units • LG-P/NP • Three hours lecture
This course focuses on the exploration and analysis of mass media
techniques and methods. Emphasis is placed on improving communications
effectiveness to include analytical writing.
