- Writing and language learning are both processes. Learning from the mistakes you make is an important part of this process.
- Tutors will not edit your papers and correct every error for you. The lab is where you learn to work independently.

- Phones: set cell phones to silent or vibrate and leave the library to talk. The lab phone is not for personal phone calls
- Printers: when in class with your teacher, printing is free on esltcprinter1 and esltcprinter2. When not in class, you must purchase a print card and pay for printing
- Food and drinks are not allowed (water bottles only)
