English Department

The English Department offers instruction in composition and reading on basic through transfer levels, while genre courses provide opportunities to study literature. The Department also offers courses in technical writing and creative writing.

Prerequisite Challenge Exam results for the challenges administered August 14 and 15 are posted at the right. Results are listed by students' MPC ID numbers.

The next English Department Challenge Exams will be administered Thursday January 22 from 3-5 and Friday January 23 from 9-11. Fill out a challenge form in the Humanities Division Office, BH 102.
