The Aviation Department offers courses designed to inform students of careers and jobs in the aviation and aerospace industries, to prepare students for the FAA written examination as the first step toward obtaining the Private Pilot license, and to provide currently licensed private pilots with the ground school information needed to pass the FAA Instrument Pilot written examination.
