About the Math Learning Center
The Math Learning Center is located upstairs in the Physical Sciences building in room 205. Hours of operation may change during the semester, so check the schedule often for updates (especially in the first few weeks). There is no cost for using the math lab, but students are required to log in and log out.

|
The Math Learning Center provides the following:
- Free drop-in tutoring for basic math skills required for success in math, science, and CTE courses
- Tutoring provided by a qualified instructor along with student tutors
- A place for math/science study groups to meet
- Computers and printers for math/science course related use
- Graphing calculators that can be borrowed out for student use while in the MLC
- Textbooks for each math course taught at MPC
|
The Math Learning Center is NOT:
- A snack room (NO eating or drinking allowed!)
- A computer game room
- A social gathering room
