Physics Department

The Physics Department offers three levels of courses:
- a one-semester, non-mathematical, conceptual physics course that satisfies the general education requirement for a laboratory science.
- a two-semester university physics course designed for those majoring in the life sciences and related fields.
- a three-semester university physics course designed for majors in engineering and science.
All courses offered by the department are fully transferable to the University of California and California State University systems.
