| About the Psychology Department |
The courses offered by the Psychology Department introduce students to the major perspectives of contemporary psychology. Depending on the courses selected, a student can fulfill Social Science General Education requirements, lower-division major requirements for transfer to a four-year institution, satisfy individual and professional needs, satisfy certificate and degree requirements for occupation training, or train for another career.
