Regular disbursements are scheduled four times a year. A regular disbursement is made when the student has a completed application prior to the semester, is enrolled in the required number of units at least three weeks prior to the start of the semester, is not subject to disqualification, and has no holds on his/her funds.
Disbursements for students who have submitted their financial aid documents during the semester are scheduled weekly to accommodate timely disbursement of funds.
To receive a disbursement you must have:
- Completed your financial aid file
- Completed annual Orientation
- Submit the Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy Form
- Photo Identification
- Be making Satisfactory Academic Progress
- Making progress towards a degree or certificate
Checks are available to students at Fiscal Services located inside the Administration Building.
IMPORTANT: Students must complete their Online Orientation and submit the Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy form before 3pm prior to your disbursement date. Example: If your disbursement date is June 1st you will need to submit the above by 3pm on May 31st.
