Loss of Eligibility
Loss of Eligibility with Appeal Status:
a. has been placed on Financial Aid Warning and did not meet the SAP requirements or
b. withdraws completely or (This does not include students who have never received financial aid at MPC.) or
c. a student who is enrolled in 300 level courses and degree/certificate courses and does not complete the courses that can be applied to their degree/certificate (This does not include students who have never received financial aid at MPC.) or
d. has completed more than 90 units or
e. completes the academic requirements for a program, and does not file a petition to graduate or does not yet have the degree or certificate
f. a student who is on progress dismissal or academic dismissal on their permanent grade record.
Loss of Eligibility without Appeal Status:

The student has appealed and did not complete the prescribed Student Education Plan

The student has an approved appeal for taking over 90 unit, no additions or deletions to that appeal will not be considered.
