
Warning
A student who is not making SAP is not eligible for Title IV aid. Final grades of all financial aid recipients will be reviewed at the end of each semester/session to determine if students are maintaining SAP.
Financial Aid Warning:
- A Financial Aid Warning is given the next semester/session of attendance to the student who does not meet the following SAP requirement:
a. fails to earn at least a 2.0 GPA and CGPA for courses attempted during the last semester/session; or
b.fails to maintain a 67% Pace of Progression or Cumulative Pace of Progression toward a degree, certificate, or transfer; or
c. students who have filed a Student Education Plan and is making continued progress towards a CGPA of 2.0 and the CGPA is below 2.0, or
d.students who have not previously received financial aid can be placed on Financial Aid Warning, if their previous semester/term GPA or CGPA is below a 2.0 or
e. students who have not previously received financial aid can be placed on warning if the student receives F or W grades in all of their classes.
- Students who receive a Financial Aid Warning must file a Financial Aid Warning Contract.
- Students who receive a Financial Aid Warning must file a Financial Aid Warning Contract.
- Students will continue to receive Financial Aid after the appropriate documentation is received by Student Financial Services.
