Disabled Students Programs & Services
The Supportive Services and Instruction Program provides special instructional classes and support services to students with disabilities.
Special support services are available to students with disabilities, along with the regular services provided to all students. These services enable students to participate in regular activities, programs, and classes offered by the college. Supportive Services offers the following services on an as-needed basis:
- Adapted equipment access
- Classroom testing accommodations
- Assistive listening (FM) systems
- Interpreters for the deaf
- In-class notetakers
- Liaison with campus and/or community agencies
- On-campus transportation
- Registration assistance
- Reader assistance
- Specialized counseling
- Special tutoring
- Academic and vocational assessment
