Eligibility Criteria
A student must:

have a verified disability.

be able to negotiate the campus.

be able to demonstrate the ability to benefit from instruction.
Application for Services
A person seeking assistance from the Supportive Services & Instruction program must:

complete an Application for Services at the Supportive Services & Instruction office.
-
submit documents verifying a disability or arrange for testing through the Supportive Services & Instruction office.
-
complete a Student Education Plan with a counselor.
