....offers academic counseling, specialized instruction and classroom accommodations to students with a verified disability. Based on a student’s academically related functional limitations, supports are provided to promote access to campus programs and activities.

Eligibility Criteria
A student must:

have a verified disability

be able to negotiate the campus

be able to demonstrate the ability to benefit from instruction
Application For Services
A person seeking assistance from the Supportive Services and Instruction program must:

complete an Application for Services at the Supportive Services and Instruction office.
-
submit documents verifying a disability, or arrange for testing through the Supportive Services and Instruction office.

complete a Student Education Plan with a counselor.
