July 27 - Cooking It Up with Chef Jorgé Caughman, 10a.m. to 1 p.m., at the MPC Campus. $50 to attend this class. Investigate how to make summer presentations of many different Tapas and the famous fruity Sangria wine and punches. You will work with creating some original Spanish tapas, as well as creations using seafood, plantains, artichokes and more.
