MPC launched their first program under a new Title V HSI Grant this summer. Over 100 first-time college students from over 17 different high schools participated in a 2-week summer bridge program designed to boost academic skills, increase confidence levels, and provide connections to support.

David Martin Named Interim Superintendent/President of Monterey Peninsula Community College District

The Monterey Peninsula College (MPC) Foundation has received a $1 million bequest from an alumna to provide scholarships to science majors at MPC. The bequest was made by Alexandra Page Clark, who passed away on August 22, 2017 at the age of 55 after battling glioblastoma brain cancer.
