Each Spring the Information Technology department releases their annual survey to receive feedback from the campus (faculty and staff) on the performance and services they provide. The survey is open for approximately 1 month to ensure all have an opportunity to provide their feedback and comments. Quantitative and qualitative data from the survey is compiled and published on the MPC public website. Feedback and comments from constituents are used to guide the department in project implementations and improvements of service.
