Interested in earning credit while learning in the “real world”? Cooperative Work Experience Education (COOP) might be for you. Learning objectives are developed collaboratively by you (the student), the work-site supervisor, and program faculty. You may earn up to 4 units per semester while developing marketable career skills.
Some MPC programs with COOP options include: Automotive Technology, Accounting, Business, Fashion, Hospitality, Human Services and Ornamental Horticulture.
If your program offers an option for Cooperative Work Experience, and you would like to enroll in a COOP course, then speak with a faculty member in the program about arranging this experience.
