 The MPC Hospitality Department offers several different degree and certificate options for students interested in a career in hospitality. Hospitality students at MPC can take classes in professional cooking and food preparation, personnel and business management, event planning, and more.

The Food and Beverage Management program prepares students to work in the food and beverage industry. This program is designed to provide students with a foundation of knowledge to help them become successful leaders within the hospitality industry. The Baking and Pastry Arts Certificate of Training is designed to qualify individuals to work in the baking and pastry industry.
