Biography
Layla Willingham began teaching full-time at the Maurine Church Coburn School of Nursing at MPC in 2021. She currently teaches nursing fundamentals, obstetrics, and medical-surgical nursing. She also serves as the Level 1 Coordinator and Assistant Director of the program. Her favorite part of teaching at MCCSN is building meaningful connections with the future nursing workforce and contributing to her community by preparing students to become safe, competent, compassionate, and socially aware nurses.
