Biography
I am an associate faculty member in Kinesiology at Monterey Peninsula College. I teach martial arts and self-defense. Prior to Monterey Peninsula College, I am an emeritus Kinesiology faculty member from a Bay Area community college.
I started martial arts as a teenager. It became my life passion, and I have been training and teaching martial arts and self-defense for over 45 years. My background in law enforcement training, plus considerable martial arts experience provides a unique perspective to create a self-protection strategy for everyday life.
I am excited to be teaching at Monterey Peninsula College and helping students discover the incredible world of martial arts.
